At LVT Star, all of our products are made-to-order. That means we begin production shortly after you place your order — which helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair.
Because of this, we have a very limited window to allow cancellations or changes.

Yes — but only within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, your order is locked for production and cannot be canceled or refunded unless it qualifies for our return/replacement policy (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

We accept changes within 12 hours after purchase:

After 12 hours, we may not be able to make any changes.
