At Faith In My Bag, all products are made-to-order and personalized. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is incorrect (wrong item, design, or size)
  • Is lost in transit

Return Conditions

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change of mind after production begins
